My journey into points and miles started when my husband and I set our sights on a dream trip to Switzerland. With a limited budget, we had to get creative — and that’s when I discovered the power of reward travel. What began as a way to make one trip possible quickly turned into something much bigger.
It didn’t take long to realize that while points and miles can unlock incredible travel experiences, they can also be overwhelming. The best credit card strategy isn’t one-size-fits-all — it depends heavily on where you live and which airport you fly from. That realization is what led me to create Salt City Reward Travel.
Over the past four years, I’ve been on a mission to explore the world without breaking the bank. By focusing on smart credit card strategies and maximizing points based on my home airport, I’ve been able to take unforgettable trips while saving thousands along the way.
